This gentle yoga story time focuses on caregiver/child bonding while working on little ones' gross/fine motor development, body awareness, socialization, calming strategies and more. Each program will include stories, songs, movement and fun!
For children ages 12-36 months and their caregivers.

Children and caregivers will share a yoga mat. You may bring a yoga mat if you have one. Please wear clothing you are comfortable moving in.
